The oldest free royal borough TRNAVA was the Church "capital" of the Kingdom of Hungary for several centuries in the past. Now it is the centre of the dynamically developing area that stretches between Bratislava and Nitra.

ŽILINA is the metropolis of the north-west of Slovakia, a town at the confluence of three rivers - the Vah, the Kysuca and the Rajčianka, and the fourth biggest town of the Slovak Republic. It is the seat of the Žilina Self-Governing Region and a gate to the region of Horné Považie.

The centre of Kysuce, situated in the north-west of Slovakia is the town ČADCA - the starting point for trips in the area of mountain ranges Javorník and Beskydy.

The town of DOBŠINÁ is located in the north-western part of the Rožňava District. It belongs to the cultural and historical region of Gemer and is a starting point for trips to interesting tourist areas and precious cultural and historical sights located in its close surroundings.

DOLNÝ KUBÍN is a picturesque city located in the southwest of the Orava region. The city stretches at an altitude of 468 meters. The Orava River flows through the middle of this area, splitting the city of Dolný Kubín in half.
