Healing procedures and stays are particularly aimed at healing indicated diseases and they include also initial medical examinations. If you want to improve your health more, the stay for at least 28 days is recommended.
If your health problems are not so serious and your health is not deteriorated, you can try wellness stays focused on rest and relax. These stays last at least three nights so that your body can relax and eliminate stress.

In Žilina County, one of the most sought-after spas are Lúčky, Aphrodite Rajecké Teplice, Turčianske Teplice or the spa in Ľubochňa.
